Prices, payment and documents

Prices are in euros and are displayed with a reference equivalent in Bulgarian lev in the catalogue and order summary. All prices on the site are final and include VAT. Card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored in the store's database.

The seller issues fiscal receipts and invoices. The customer receives the appropriate document for the purchase in accordance with the applicable requirements.

Delivery and collection

Delivery is made using the seller's own transport or by courier. Deliveries in Sofia are made primarily by courier, with an estimated delivery time of up to 48 hours. Chilled and dairy products are delivered under conditions suitable for storing and transporting the relevant type of food.

For an order with a subtotal below €100.00, delivery to an address costs €5.00. For an order with a subtotal of €100.00 or more, delivery to an address is free. The charge and total are displayed at checkout before submission. The existing free store collection option remains available; the specific store is arranged after confirmation.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the seller contacts the customer to arrange redelivery or another appropriate solution.
